My leg still not yet recover from last week HM... luckily still can run a bit... after eating the 1st power gel, suddenly energy & leg recover all, can run like usual... haha, but just last for few km only... The last 3.5km walk a lot... Finally see my "target" at last 3km... i did not push myself to run, as long as he still within my vision then ok... so i pass the finish line just after him...
After this run, we rush back home for shower then to Long Long dance performance...
Finally 2pm can have a nice nap... but hwww wittt.... i break my record again... from 2pm sleep till next morning 8am... eventhough i woke up twice, 1st is hubby told that mummy already date with her friend for her dinner... and 2nd, ask hubby to off the TV & i go toilet... then continue zZZZZZZ.....
