Port Dickson International Triathlon 2014 - Olympic Distance (Swim 4.5km - Beach run 1km - Cycling 40km - Run 9km) @ 10/08/2014

Last year was Sprint Triathlon which is my virgin triathlon as well... This year being force by hubby and Andi then upgrade to this distance... hmmm, i can foresee next year will upgrade to 70.3... why why why?? play play only ma... don't be so serious... haha...
